First mentioned in parish records as far back as 1730, the Inn has changed sides (literally) since it first welcomed weary travellers. The main road through Prestbury in those early days was the road that now runs around the back of the Inn (where you will find our car park). The main road through the village now runs across the front of the Inn, but even if the route to the Rodney may have changed over the years, one thing certainly hasn't - that's the warm and hearty welcome.
